Released as a single #234 from 1983-1986. Grey Appaloosa with black points and either a star or a bald face. The bald face is more common and has pinking in the ears and nose. Uncommon variations are grey legs or a solid face. The 1984 and 1985 catalogs show a four stocking version, however that is assumed to be a test model, as the regular run had no stockings.
In 1983, this model was released through JC Penney as #671-0891 Assorted Mare and Foals Stable Set. The set included a Red Bay Proud Arabian Mare, Red Bay Proud Arabian Foal, the regular Palomino Pinto Phantom Wings and the regular Grey Blanket Appaloosa Stock Horse Foal.
In 1983, this model was included in a set with a matching Grey Appaloosa Stock Horse Stallion and Mare. Available through Sears as #49C20126. It appears both the bald face and star variation were included with these sets.
