This set included a Dark Bay Dun/Grulla Quarter Horse Mare, a Grulla Pinto Mustang Stallion and a Dun Arabian or Mustang Foal. The Classic Mustang Foal was advertised for 1998 and 1999, but at some point in 1999, the Classic Arabian Foal was used. Other reference materials classify this mare as a dark chestnut; however, the model pictured here has black points and a faint dorsal stripe, and since the Stallion is a Grullo Pinto and the Foal is Dun, my opinion is the mare is a dark Grulla or dark Bay Dun color.
