The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere - Brown Beauty

Included leather Revolutionary Era English tack created by Lorrie Franz, and Paul Revere doll. The horse Paul Revere rode was thought to have been borrowed from Samuel Larkin, a brown mare named 'Brown Beauty' and known for her speed. Breyer used the Black Beauty mold for this release with the mold modified as a mare. The coloring is bay or buckskin with dark brownish black legs. Came with a COA. On the 2005 Retired List.

Side note: This mold was customized to fit a bridle bit in the mouth. There are two tiny holes where the bit goes through, with the reins attached. The only way to remove the reins is to pry open one of the ends of the bit. If you want to remove the bit altogether, you need to straighten out one end and pull it through. Removing the reins this way makes it very difficult to reattach.
