The Wind Dancers models debuted in 2005 by artist Kathleen Moody, and are approximately 4.5"W x3.5"L. They have butterfly wings and represent characters in the Wind Dancers series of books. The original models were Kona, Brisa, Sumatra and Sirocco. However, in 2005, 4 special run models were released through Walmart or similar stores. As described in the 12 page enclosed booklet:
"Westerly - With her wings of soft pink, she looks like pink skies from the far horizons of the West!
Mistral - As blue as the ocean. Her wings are misty and dream-like.
Breeze - A soft green like the meadows and trees that dance before her.
Gale - Her golden body and wings that shine like the sun."
Side note: The model I received unopened had a 2004 catalog and no booklet.
