This is more like a sell sheet than a catalog, and estimated to cover 1956 and 1957. The Walking Hereford Bull pictured is not exactly like the Breyer model, and it's speculated that Peter Stone's porcelain model, sculpted by Edward Boehm, was used for the picture. (Still researching if there are more photos....)
