Smoke is a solid grey with white points, grey hooves and bald face with pink nose and ears. Color variations ranged from a light grey to a dark almost charcoal grey color. From 1963-1965, set #351 Sugar and Spice, included the Alabaster Running Mare and the Smoke Running Foal. From 1963-1968, this mold was called 'Spice', then starting in 1969, was just called 'Running Foal'. In 1970, model was released in the Showcase Collection box as #1310.
Has the round Breyer Molding Co Copyright Stamp, and around 1970, the USA Stamp was added. Some early models had the right hind hoof slightly pared down to help with stability.
