Fighting Stallion: Woodgrain aka King

Woodgrain with four white socks and blaze. Early models had eye whites (most eye whites had ended by 1969), but most models did not. Hoof pads were added until around 1971-1973. Uncommon variation is no socks or blaze (this variation could be later in the run as they didn't have hoof pads). Shading varied from a medium brown to a dark brown. Has the round Breyer Molding Co Copyright Stamp, and around 1970 the USA Stamp was added.

From 1961-1968, this model was called 'King - The Fighting Stallion' and after that was just referred to as 'Fighting Stallion'.

In 1961-64, released through Montgomery Ward, and in 1962, released through Sears.
