Black Appaloosa with 4 stockings, grey hooves and star or short blaze. Less common variation is no stockings (all black legs). There was a leg up and leg down version, meaning the front left leg was raised to be nearly parallel with the head. This caused the model to be unstable and shortly after the first releases, the mold was retooled to lower that leg. An uncommon variation is no spots.
In 1982, JC Penney sold this as a single model (671-0370) and with English tack (671-0362), and in 1982, Sears sold this model with Western tack.
