Medium to light chestnut color with the same or darker mane and tail, 4 or various stockings, grey hooves and a solid face.
Originally sculpted by Maureen Love for Hagen-Renaker. This model was released late in 1975, so not pictured in the catalogs, and has the Copyright Breyer Molding Co 1975 stamp. It was released with either the mold stamp or no stamp at all. This mold is unique in that if it did not have any mold stamp, it didn't mean it was an earlier release.
This model is very similar to the #5150/495600 1989 Sears releases. #5150 tends to have more reddish tones with a softer look, less details, and many of these models have no mold stamp. Also, the newer #5150 models (released 1992-1994) are made with the ABS plastic.
