In 1983, this set was released through JC Penney and included a Buckskin Lady Phase and a Buckskin Running Foal. Not many of the Running Foal were made, and was replaced by the Stock Horse Foal. Buckskin with black points and brown, black or grey hooves, bald face, and grey nose. Uncommon variation is a star. Some of these models were released with a solid face, similar to the 1979 special run. The only difference is these models have more of a grey nose, and don't have the B Stamp.
