This model was released in the Series III Morgan Mare & Foal Collection, Winners Choice Micro Horses by Creata International in 1998. The Series III, or 3, models had a very short sales run as there were production issues with Creata International. Breyer bought this mold in 2004.
Set #39551 consisted of two of the Mare & Foal Collection sets packaged together: Paint and Stock; Morgan and Ardennais; American Quarter Horse and Tennessee Walking Horse; and, Pinto and Arabian.
