This model was released in the Series 2 #39801 Showcase Arena Playset. Set included a stable, dressage arena, jump, 4 horses, 5 dolls, trophies, ribbons and flowers.
This model was also released in the Series III Carousel Cool Down Playset #3970 in 1998. Set included a Black Pinto Show Pose Saddlebred, Palomino High Stepping Saddlebred, Chestnut Jog Trot Mare, 2 dolls, hot walker, water trough, stool, feed bags and hay bale. The Series III models had a very short sales run as there were production issues with Creata International.
Both of these sets were considered a Special Run or Collector's Edition, and produced by Creata International for Specialty Market stores (smaller retail stores). Breyer purchased the mold and accessories in 2004.
