Based on a real horse owned by Velma Johnston (Wild Horse Annie) whose story is told by Marguerite Henry in the book "Mustang, Wild Spirt of the West". Annie was instrumental in saving wild mustangs.
Released through Sears in 1976 along with the Polo Pony. These are the same models as the regular releases, but this record created to show them as a set with the box. See record #625 for the regular release.
