Chestnut color can range from a light reddish dun to a medium chestnut. The mane and tail are slightly darker than the body. Dark variations of this model can be easily confused with the light bay color. Has 2 or 4 stockings with grey hooves and a solid face. Included the Thoroughbred Standing and Lying Foals. Models are stamped with Copyright Breyer Molding Co 1975; however, early releases did not have a stamp. These models were made from the heavier Cellulose Acetate plastic.
