Glossy honey or caramel bay with black or charcoal brown mane and tail, no black on the legs, 4 stockings with dark grey hooves, and a large stripe. Some models have the dark grey lip line. Uncommon variation is the model with 2 hind socks and eye whites. This mold was not called 'Proud Arabian Foal' until 1973.
Set #16 included the Bay Family Arabian Stallion, Bay Proud Arabian Mare and Bay Proud Arabian Foal and set #18 included the Bay Proud Arabian Mare and Bay Proud Arabian Foal. Each of these sets later included the Family Arabian Mare and Foal.
