Matte Alabaster with white mane and tail, pinking on nose and grey ears. Hoof pads were added until around 1971-1973. The matte version appeared around 1963. Has the round Breyer Molding Co Copyright Stamp, and the USA Stamp was added around 1970. Not sure if this model ever had the B Stamp.
From 1961-1968, this model was called 'King - The Fighting Stallion' and after that was just referred to as 'Fighting Stallion'. From 1963-1973 it was advertised as 'Alabaster Lippizan' in the catalogs, but before that it was just 'White'. The 1968 catalog had a typo 'Alabaster Lippizon'.
The glossy versions were only around from 1961-1962 (see separate record).
