Western Pony: Alabaster - Grooming/Misc Kits

#45 Glossy white with white mane and tail, grey hooves, and gold breast collar and bridle with chain reins. Most came with a vinyl 'pack saddle' to hold the grooming accessories. Too many different catalog numbers to list, but they can be seen in the photos. This model was released in the following Grooming Kits:

Sears: 1956 as the Steed 'N Sweets. Included a 1/2 pound of candy in plastic bag, black snap-on saddle, gold chain reins, and an all gold bridle and breast collar. Advertised as a Taffy color, sounds like the Palomino Western Pony, but the photo looks like the Alabaster Western Pony. Original price was $1.98.

Sears: 1956-1957 as My Lady Fair. Included a black plastic saddle bag with 6 gold color plastic barrettes and a white nylon comb. Original prices were $2.98-$2.27. There was also a White Prancer released in 1957 through Sears Canada that included the same accessories, plus a nail file.
