"The 2026 Wild Animal Series Release - Dryandra. Also known as banded anteaters, the numbat is a unique marsupial native to Australia. At only 7-10 inches long, these elusive creatures can eat up to 20,000 termites a day! Unfortunately, this unique creature is an endangered species, with only an estimated 1,000 mature numbats remaining in the wild. Our numbat Dryandra is named after the Dryandra Woodland National Park in Western Australia, which is home to a native population of numbats and is on the front line of conservation efforts. We've transformed our beloved Brighty sculpture into a vibrant numbat, complete with the creature’s distinctive striping and coat coloring! Dryandra even sports the perky, upright ears and the textured coat the numbat is known for. He features “Wild Animal Series Limited Edition” on his underside in gold." www.breyerhorses.com.
