The Horse & Foal Veterinarian Set #7038 included mare and foal, veterinarian doll, plastic English tack with blue saddle pad, first aid kit, syringe, ointment tube and brush. On the 2006 Retired List.
Side note: The only difference I can see from sets #7038 and #7212, is that set #7212 has a much longer mane and forelock, and the blaze edges are more crisp.
