This model came from the Francis Collection, which dates it to 1977-1978 timeframe. The special run of Red Roan Running Foals did not happen until 1982. So it is assumed this model was specially painted to match the regular run Red Roan Running Mare. Only one known to exist at this time. Pictured with a mare that appears to be from the regular run.
