Family Arabian Foal: Palomino aka Charity

Palomino color varies from a light yellow to a dark orange color. In 1961, this mold had a round Breyer Stamp (early versions had a backward C) on inner right hind leg. Not sure if this foal had the partial 'Hess' engraved stamps also on the inside right leg. Around 1961-1962, Hess was removed and the C was now facing down. Around 1970 the USA Stamp was added to matte models, but removed around 1972, and the C was now facing upward. Some models also have a B Stamp, which signifies a different plastic blend was used for the mold. The name 'Charity' was dropped by the 1969 catalog. Models were advertised in a matte finish in the later 1968 catalog.

Both sizes of the blue ribbon stickers were used, and around 1973-1976 chalky variations were available.

From 1961-1964 set #456 included the Family Arabian Stallion, Family Arabian Mare and Family Arabian Foal and set #506 just included the Family Arabian Mare and Family Arabian Foal. From 1968-1970, the touch-ability boxes #5SP were used.
